Keeps the Python-side wire format reader in step with the compas-pb-ts 3.0.0 upgrade in compas_threejs_ts (still within the existing >=1,<2 constraint, no major bump). We hit a real wire-format mismatch running the viewer against a stale compas-pb before this fix. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

compas-pbdependency to version 1.2.0 to align with the version used by the bundled frontend'scompas-pb-ts, while still respecting the existing version constraint.compas-pbto version 1.2.0 (within the existing>=1,<2constraint) to match the frontend'scompas-pb-tsversion.
