Rebuild the original single-textbox note app into a full local note manager,
still Python/Kivy, 100% offline.

Features:
- New SQLite schema (id, title, body, tags, pinned, created_at, updated_at)
with automatic migration from the legacy notes(note) table
- Titles, tags, creation/modification dates, pin-to-top, word/char counter
- Live search and tag filtering
- Markdown editor with live preview (headings, bold, italic, code,
  bullet lists and - [ ] / - [x] checklists)
- Export note as Markdown, share intent, full DB backup
- Retro/CRT phosphor-green restyle: full screens (no popups), styled cards,
  tag chips, top bars, FAB

Tooling:
- buildozer.spec (target API 35 for Play Store, minapi 24)
- GitHub Actions workflow to build the debug APK and upload it as an artifact

…native share

- Fix Android body field unreachable: body & preview now share a FloatLayout
cell with the inactive one disabled (no touch overlap, body keeps full height)
- Auto-save while typing (debounced) and on back; manual Save icon with flash
- Toolbar buttons as icon + small label (Salva/Fissa/Anteprima/Condividi/Elimina)
- Export now opens the native Android share sheet (ACTION_SEND)
- Android back key returns to list (and saves) instead of closing the app
- Wrap toast popup text; compact word/char counter
- CI: persist ~/.android debug keystore so updates install without uninstall

…while editing

A disabled overlay still swallows touches on Android, so the body TextInput
never got focus. Now the preview ScrollView is added to the body cell only in
preview mode and removed while editing; verified body.focus=True after a touch.
Also fix middot tofu in the counter (use /).

…f detaching

Removing the preview ScrollView from the tree let it be GC'd (self.ids are weak
proxies), so the next open hit ReferenceError. Keep it in the tree but size it
0x0 while editing — a 0-size widget can't intercept the body's touches, and the
body stays focusable. Verified: 5 open/close cycles with forced GC, no crash;
body.focus=True after touch; preview still renders.

… workflow

- Editor: tappable `- [ ]` checkboxes in the preview (md.to_blocks + CheckRow)
toggle the matching source line in place and auto-save
- Trash: soft-delete with an undo snackbar, a trash bin (restore / delete /
empty) and a `trashed` column with idempotent migration
- Seed: stop shipping a binary notes.db; build the welcome note at runtime
when the DB is empty, and untrack notes.db
- CI: build-release.yml produces a signed AAB (both ABIs) from keystore
  secrets; RELEASE.md documents the setup

The previously published build was versionName 0.4 / versionCode 10214.
Set android.numeric_version=10215 so the signed AAB clears Play's
strictly-increasing versionCode requirement; keep versionName 2.0.
