Previously it was possible to uncheck "State" and "Headers" data chunks from the custom snapshot download selection, however that is a bug. A node cannot work without state and headers and those are always minimally required in each configuration.
This PR maps snapshots.reth.rs behavior by disabling those checkboxes and leaving them always-selected.
