Note that I have not added Windows ARM64 to the test workflow, as I see that there is only one platform each for Linux/macOS in there currently, and we are building for several more. Let me know if you would like me to add Windows ARM64 to the tests though. |

As the title says.
There is some silliness around the matrix configuration, because maturin expects to see
aarch64as the target while setup-python expectsarm64. Additionally, CPython releases for Windows ARM64 start from 3.11, and there are no PyPy releases.Let me know if you would like me to clean up the config here in some way.
