uv 0.13.5 updates its latest managed CPython builds for Python 3.11 and newer. These builds include pip 26.2.2, which no longer trusts the eMudhra/emSign root affected by the certificate incident. Update the pinned uv versions to use that release.
Changing a uv pin does not itself replace existing Python installations or update pip in existing virtual environments. See the uv 0.13.5 release notes for details.
