What

• packages/ghost/install.sh — one-line install for macOS/Linux: curl -fsSL .../install.sh | bash (downloads repo tarball via codeload, places recorder in ~/.ghost, puts ghost on PATH; bash shim)
• packages/ghost/install.ps1 — same for Windows (uses built-in curl.exe + ar.exe; writes ghost.cmd shim + user PATH)
• No npm packages: runtime is plain Node >= 18 (
  ode:http/fs/path/crypto/child_process only)
• README: added CLI install section; corrected the honest-status table (Ghost Cloud, shadow-git, probes, Mode A plugin are DONE & live, previously listed as planned/scaffold)
• Landing quickstart Terminal now types the REAL CLI commands (was referencing removed
  pm run record script)

Verified

• install.ps1 executed on Windows 11: green, ghost.cmd status works from another directory
• install.sh executed under git-bash (simulating macOS/Linux): works, unix shim runs

pm run typecheck green

• Feature smoke on production: /login 200, /pair 200, OAuth start 307→GitHub, POST /api/v1/pair issues code (Neon write OK), /api/v1/sessions 401 guard, invoices API 200
