Real-user live session surfaced two leftovers of the demo wiring (PR #14 fixed the verdict block; this clears the rest):

• AutopsyPanel fix-prompt block no longer crashes when a recording has no autopsy (copied only when present; honest empty-state copy).
• Runtime-metrics sample count made dynamic (was hard-coded '28'); TimelineDock anomaly marker label derives from the anomaly turn (was hard-coded 'turn 4').
• ghost probes back off massively after repeated failures (wrong URL, app down, no /api/health endpoint) so the target app is not hammered — and the user's terminal stays readable.
  typecheck + node --check green; probes unit-ran against an unreachable target (all-failure path worked).
