Regenerate the lockfile after dependency upgrades
The checked-in pnpm-lock.yaml still specifies js-yaml: ^4.1.1 resolving to 4.1.1 and lodash-es: ^4.17.21 resolving to 4.17.23, so it is inconsistent with both new exact versions. The shared setup action runs plain pnpm install in .github/actions/setup-pnpm/action.yml:35; in CI, pnpm defaults to a frozen lockfile and fails when the manifest and lockfile disagree, as documented under --frozen-lockfile. Consequently, every workflow using that action—including all PR checks—will stop during dependency installation until pnpm-lock.yaml is regenerated and committed.
