feat(projects): mount projects evidence with --sync-first - #886

Conversation
The project evidence command now lives in cli-core (projectsCommand), so this CLI can answer what a project's words, people and linked chats hold without memo. --sync-first syncs the linked chats the store does not hold for the window through this profile's own connection first, inside --sync-time. Needs the cli-core release with projectsCommand; the dependency bump follows. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
0.504.0 is the release with projectsCommand, gatherStoredProject and the chat-level fetch port this branch uses. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
# Conflicts: # package.json # pnpm-lock.yaml
0.511.0 lists projects and projects evidence in parity.json as planned, so parity:check accepts the command this branch mounts. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
The merge with main left the entry under 0.92.0, which is already released. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Why
The owner decided that the messenger CLIs should answer project questions without memo (NEED-2064 B). The command now lives in cli-core (WireCatLabs/cli-core#2247,
projectsCommand).What changes
max <profile> projects evidence <project>reads this account's stored messages for the project's name, key, aliases,--context-querywords and--contactnames. It also reads confirmed person members and confirmed linked chats.--sync-first(off by default, not on MCP) first syncs each linked chat that the store does not hold back to--since-time. It syncs through this profile's own connection, one chat at a time, inside--sync-time(3m). A chat the time cuts stayspartialwith itsmissingandnext. A failed sync isfailedwith its error code, and the read goes on. Only this profile's account is read. Linked chats of other accounts are listed asout-of-scope.messagespermission guards it. The MCP catalogue snapshot and the command tests list it.Depends on
WireCatLabs/cli-core#2247 being released. This branch still pins the current cli-core, so CI fails until the bump. I add the bump once the release is out.
Checks (against a local pack of cli-core#2247)
typecheck, lint,
lint:commands(0 new),docs:check,generateandtest:matrix:check(0 missing) all pass.pnpm test: 1605 passed. The newsrc/projects-adoption.test.tsruns every option offline against a temp store: words, alias, contact, window, limit, pages, context, cursor resume, and--sync-firstoffline (the chat is tried, marked failed, and still read). Not verified: a real sync against a signed-in account.
