fix(frontend): show the noscript notice instead of the splash screen - #678

Without JavaScript the splash screen covered the default noscript message, because only the Lite redirect (VITE_LITE_ENABLED) hid it. index.html now hides the splash in a noscript style, so the notice is visible either way. The README explains how to try TorMap Lite and the redirect locally. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01SWRrkMpza8avUhoMVbQH33

Problem
With JavaScript disabled, the full-screen splash ("TorMap") never goes away and covers the default
<noscript>message. Only the Lite redirect (behindVITE_LITE_ENABLED, off by default) hid the splash, so with the flag off you saw just the splash and no hint.Change
index.htmlhides#splashin a<noscript><style>in the head, so the notice is visible with or without the Lite flag.lite-redirect.tsnow only injects the meta refresh (the style moved toindex.html); test updated.frontend/README.mdexplains how to try Lite and the redirect locally.Testing
yarn vitest run pluginspasses.yarn start: flag off shows "You need to enable JavaScript to run this app." without the splash; withVITE_LITE_ENABLED=trueandVITE_BACKEND_API_URL=http://localhost:8080it redirects tohttp://localhost:8080/lite/.Generated by Claude Code
