feat(telemetry): integrate OpenTelemetry for enhanced observability - #25

- Added OpenTelemetry dependencies to package.json and package-lock.json.
- Implemented a fake OTLP receiver for testing telemetry data in scripts/test-otlp.mjs.
- Updated testing documentation to include telemetry testing details.
- Modified Playwright configuration to disable telemetry by default.
- Enhanced API tests to validate telemetry spans and ensure sensitive data is not transmitted.
- Created new telemetry tests to verify trace propagation and data redaction.
- Updated landing page tests to check for telemetry disclosure information.
