Changelog entry for the v0.52.0 release: 16 new official-SDK suites (waves 5-11), 59 engine-level VM suites (waves 12-15), ~145 adapter fidelity fixes, and the self-updating conformance matrix (sdkmap route tables, vendored specs incl. Stone/Lexicon, Starlark AST behavior tags, CI-enforced freshness) plus just ci-full local parity.\n\nThe release tag + draft cut follow once this merges (blocked only on the TAP_GITHUB_TOKEN rotation, stunt-v7t).
