Adds a CLAUDE.md summarising the repository layout, userscript metadata and code conventions, common patterns (hide-don''t-delete, MutationObserver init, run-at choices, GM sandbox vs page world), the Panopto captions script''s injection-timing and GM-storage caveats, and the branch/PR workflow.
Derived from reading the existing scripts and the recent Panopto debugging work (#1).
