Every settings load queries the active exact-host domain, while readiness checks repeatedly inspect schema metadata.
Cache positive/negative exact-host lookups and positive table readiness by database identity. Observe model/builder/raw SQL writes, migrations and outer transaction completion. Retain hostless CLI behavior and trimmed setHost overrides. Custom scopes/retrieved observers use the uncached path; ephemeral SQLite connections get isolated identities. Direct Cache::flush() resets readiness without requiring a flush event.
Target branch
masteris the support line containing thev1.1.8source commit installed in the local project. This PR introduces no dependency or release-version changes.Verification
Scope and limits
Temporary profiling, project-specific adapters and custom project packages are excluded. Runtime changes use existing package/framework dependencies and do not depend on the separate core optimization PR. No end-to-end response-time claim is made. The upstream GitHub Actions runtime matrix passed on PHP 8.4 and PHP 8.5 for the current PR head.
Shared entries have a five-minute TTL. Observed application writes invalidate immediately; direct writes from another application require a cache clear for immediate visibility. Transactions bypass shared entries.
