Update RTD HowToLens pages for the tutorial restructure - #690

HowToLens dissolved its search-chaining chapter into chapter 2 (tutorials 9-11), renamed pixelizations to chapter 3 (renumbered, with a new Bayesian formalism tutorial 5) and added a new chapter 4 on scaling up lensing.
