Applies the harness's Rector preset (0.1.8,
srconly) and dropsRectorfrom the observed gates.Source changes: a closure that only calls a function becomes
is_scalar(...)/ScheduledDriver::actionScheduler(...),??=in AbstractHook, two useless@vartags. Nothing that changes behaviour: the rules that would (hook callbacks as first-class callables,get_debug_type()on a class name, removed casts, public signatures) are skipped by the preset. Suite 271 passed;composer qaall green locally.
