Stacked on #104. Max asked: "we should at least have a screenshot of what the result of the app looks like" and "we prob have another 30min in case thats time to add the results to the app video".

  • Slide 11 replaces Build's editor with its finished Massachusetts report: $657.4m annual state revenue loss, 45.7% of people gaining income, 2.3% relative decrease in child poverty.
  • The recording now runs 61 seconds and cuts from the click to the finished report (report 4940, a real run taking 2 minutes 41 seconds).
  • The notes name the release behind the gap from slide 9's $577 million: Build runs 2.2.1, and the deck runs 2.90.2. Our 2.2.1 run on the local-area file gives the same $657.4m. The report's record names the national file, and we haven't resolved which file it read, so the notes name no file for Build.

Invariant: the notes' timings still sum to an end at 11:55.

Slide 11 now shows Build's finished report, and the recording runs through to its results. The notes name the release behind the difference from slide 9.

Merged at 0e7e3da at 15:59:48Z on Max's deadline ("i need it up on policyengine.org/slides/appam-2026 in the next 4min"), relayed by the coordinator session. Checks passed. Sweeps at 1440x810 and 1280x720 reported no findings. No independent review ran before this merge; a review of the delta through 609c612 is running. Follow-ups held until after the talk: remeasure finish_pdf.py's link rectangles before any later export, and give slide 11's caption a real actor ("we ran slide 9 on 2.90.2").
