명세의 HTTP 조회 지원 범위를 확인하려면 도구별로 describe를 반복해야 했다.
xgen tools check-http --name COLLECTION으로 import된 도구의 지원·거절 이유·선택 파라미터 제외를 한 번에 집계한다.기존 describe/execution classifier와 저장된 조회 정책을 그대로 재사용한다. 전체 summary와 이름순 bounded page(기본100개/최대500개, 행 합계1MiB)를 제공하고 artifact/policy digest로 페이지의 일관성을 확인한다. 토큰·API·모델 조회는 하지 않으며, imported_tools 범위의 계약 판정이 실제 과업 성공이나 import 누락 검증을 뜻하지 않는다고 명시한다. Run 계약/profile 변경은 없다. ADR-0085 참조.
검증: Rust784 passed/4 ignored, pinned backend+컴파일 CLI Python159 tests/7 skipped, Clippy·fmt·protocol·문서·workflow 검사. assets/calendar 설계와 shipment/sensor 보류 fixture에서 개별 describe 일치, POST 지정 정책·선택 제외·빈/마지막 페이지·byte 경계·토큰 부재와 API/모델 호출0회를 확인했다. 실제 외부 API 과업 수는 미측정이다.
