Prepare Papilot 0.9.0 with an English and Chinese release overview covering v0.8.0 → v0.9.0, including the merged agent-review improvements in #65. Preserve the patch changelogs and record changes since 0.8.9 separately.

• Bump the package and lockfile to 0.9.0.
• Cover desktop apps, long-paper performance, PDF markup and exports, unified review feedback, Version Management, agents, languages and Nix.
• Credit @chengluyu, @CatIIIIIIII and @RIvance, with links to their contributions.
• Include five fresh screenshots from the 0.9.0 UI and a reproducible capture script; three screenshots illustrate the release introduction.
• Make the Release workflow use the versioned introduction when available, while retaining the changelog fallback and existing CI/installer publication gates.
• Update browser fixtures for the settings endpoint and current navigation/composer, and wait for annotation saves before continuing. These updates change tests only.

Validation

• Node 22.22: application tests 647 passed, 1 skipped; review-engine tests 179 passed.
• Type checking, application/engine builds and translation checks passed.
• Every test:ui browser check passed, with targeted reruns after fixing stale fixtures.
• test:review-comments passed (21 tests plus browser flows); source editing passed with a real PDF rebuild.
• Website checks, npm package dry run, development desktop smoke and native notifications passed.
• Five screenshots visually inspected; metadata, dimensions and links checked.
• The exact Release notes-extraction step passed for curated 0.9.0 notes and the legacy 0.8.9 fallback.

Final CI passed on 486c091: Node 22/24 and packaged macOS ARM64/Linux desktop checks.

Published Papilot v0.9.0 from merge commit 8f207cd316dc436f70bd7098e89b8443047b5540. The Release workflow passed all Node 22/24 and macOS ARM64/Intel/Linux installer checks. All eight release assets are uploaded; installer links, the desktop update archive SHA-256, release text and screenshots were verified. npm papilot@0.9.0 and latest are available, and the published tarball integrity and bundled review UI were verified.
