This small release rebuilds libopenshot with updated FFmpeg runner dependencies and fixes a Mac hardware-export crash.

• Mac exports: preserve the hardware surface format during frame uploads, preventing FFmpeg's VideoToolbox assertion.
• Version: bump to 1.1.1, keeping SO 33 and the existing API.
• Build checks: verify NVENC, QSV, and AMF support on Windows/Linux, plus VA-API and H.264/AAC/AV1 smoke tests on Linux.
• Regression coverage: encode and decode a short clip through VideoToolbox on Mac or NVENC on Windows/Linux when available.

Local H.264 and HEVC NVENC checks pass. Native Mac confirmation is pending the rebuilt library and app.
