3. Separate Toad process: UI's17-file combined selection plus runner's17 modeled cases, serial under the existing host TestLease, fresh private resources and INT timeout. No full suite or local NRA gate.
4. Fresh affected native/physical acceptance remains with the existing owners after a qualified runtime/root. Preserve all failed roots, original coordinates and UNKNOWN inputs. Candidate02 and old physical attempts remain immutable.
5. Reconcile/land original source issues without discarding good work, then existing installer and actual answered live message. Merged, installed and physical acceptance are separate facts.

The old qualified pager source59d8218a4 was detached and had no retained local/remote branch ref at inspection. A verification/pager-lifecycle-59d8218a4 tag preserves that original source epoch rather than substituting the later matching production bytes. It is historical two-control/Core-a5b evidence, not acceptance of this candidate.
