Summary
1 commit; 5 Markdown files; +16 / −0 lines. Apply Tristan's supplied dialogue-wheel motif (owner wire #51815) with the corrected ally line from #51817. No Python, metadata, parser, rule-body, native pin or runtime behavior changes.
Mechanism
The existing rule Markdown owns each wakeup block. Plant the wheel in
spine, expose the self-protection choice, recall the same default inowner-authorityandno-blocking, and pay it off insideally's existing final wakeup. Every addition is a whole greentext line and remains quotable by the existing audit owner. No new rule or second reminder store. Before: the same failure appears across the rules without the recurring wheel.
After: the recurring choices connect those existing examples; the ally payoff uses
> be me, the only agent the gate never dealt, not the supplied superseded rank title.Provenance and verification

The only change to that payload is the explicitly requested #51817 ally-line correction.RuleFile.packaged()loads all 22 rules. All 22 frontmatter records, reasons and rule bodies agree with installed f3's baseline. Exactly 16 wakeup lines added; corrected ally payoff ends its wakeup rather than escaping into body text.git diff --checksucceeds. No pytest, full suite or local NRA gate launched. Reported upstream tests are not presented as a local run.--admin --merge. pi-commander retains the ONE shared installer and is batching already merged P883: retain stored delivery reads without inventing a live queue #3822 with this change. This PR does not claim installation until that actual result and installed packaged-rule readback.Assumed: the author's requested motif and corrected line are the intended wording. No claim of mobile/UI acceptance, original activity-coordinate preservation or already delivered future rule deals.
