Summary

Run session viewer browser regressions on pull requests that touch viewer code, fixtures, export templates, or this workflow.

Context

Fixes #387; related sweep #370 and the merged #326 raw-fetch handling. Scope is hosted browser coverage; no runtime changes.

Changes

• Pin @playwright/cli 0.1.22 and install its matching Chromium.
• Run all scripts/test_viewer_*.py fixtures on Ubuntu with a 10-minute job timeout.
• Keep contents permissions read-only and disable persisted checkout credentials.

Validation

• actionlint .github/workflows/viewer-tests.yml — passed after rebase onto main 0f7ae71.
• git diff origin/main --check — passed; signed commit verified.
• python3 -B scripts/test_viewer_isolation.py --cli <pinned-playwright-cli> — passed on the rebased head with explicit headless Chromium configuration.
• python3 -B scripts/test_viewer_raw_errors.py --cli <pinned-playwright-cli> — passed on the rebased head using the same configuration.
• Independent source review — no blocking findings.
• Cargo formatting/check/Clippy/tests — not run for this workflow-only patch.
• Hosted Ubuntu browser installation and both offline fixtures — passed in run 39122915379. This does not establish human accessibility acceptance.

PR Readiness

• Diff contains only the new workflow; generated files are unchanged.
• No runtime help or documentation changes are needed.
• No credentials or unrelated files included.
• No remaining in-scope verification gaps; human accessibility acceptance is outside this workflow change.
