Capstone project of the Ironhack bootcamp, also presented to the IHK jury.
A tool for an import/export SME (fictional client) that checks shipping documents before they leave, suggests the customs (HS) code and flags missing documents. A person always approves the result.
- Project side: use case research, ROI and risk assessment, EU AI Act and GDPR documentation, POC → pilot → production roadmap, delivery in Scrum sprints
- Build side: working MVP (Streamlit, OpenAI API, RAG, n8n), evaluated with LangSmith, with real errors documented and fixed
- Origin: the idea started in a pair consulting exercise (logistics client interview), documented inside the repo
