callto://is audio only, so with NethLink as the default device the CTI hid its Video call button.nethlink://video?to=<number>starts a video call in NethLink, the waynethlink://transferstarts a transfer; the CTI uses it (nethesis/nethvoice-cti#605).Part of NethServer/dev#7648
