Looks like yamllint/yamlfmt have some complaints...not a huge deal but worth fixing? |

Also added info on when to use x-translator/tag translator (always) and x-trapi/tag trapi (only if you input/output TRAPI messages).
I used the
externalDocsfield I see used elsewhere in the info/servers/tags sections.
