MEOS calls neither GSL nor GEOS: its random draws come from the pg_prng generators of PostgreSQL, and the libmeos of MobilityDB master a23e01a60b needs and calls no GSL or GEOS symbol. The provision-meos action and the workflow openapi-validate.yml install neither libgsl-dev nor libgeos-dev, for the libclang sysroot as for the libmeos build. Witness: the libmeos built at a23e01a60b names libjson-c, libproj, libh3, libgdal, libm, libxml2, libz and libc as the libraries it needs, and nm finds no gsl_ and no GEOS symbol it calls. Why: a binding provisioned through this action installs only what MEOS builds against. GEOS still loads through the GDAL the runner packages, which links it; a GDAL built without GEOS removes it.
