provision-meos.sh and ecosystem-generate.sh build libmeos with the number of jobs CMAKE_BUILD_PARALLEL_LEVEL states, CMake's own setting for it, and with nproc where it states none. The usage of provision-meos.sh lists it under Environment. Witness: with CMAKE_BUILD_PARALLEL_LEVEL=2 and a cmake that prints its build step, the script of master runs `cmake --build <mdb>/build -j 16` on a machine of 16 processors, the setting overridden by its own -j, and this one `cmake --build <mdb>/build -j 2`. Why: every compiler the build runs holds its own memory, so a machine running several builds, or one with less memory per processor than the build needs, is exhausted by a job count read from the processors alone, and the script gave no way to state another.
