本次发布修复鼠标悬停时后台 helper 触发加载圆圈的问题（#44），以及本轮审计确认的操作状态残留、撤销/重做并发串扰、SQLite 清理交错、驱动器图标同步查询和操作计时不更新问题。
版本统一为 0.8.1，Windows 文件版本为 0.8.1.0；同步中文发行说明、更新记录和中英文 README。带 owner 的系统菜单继续保留进程内独立 STA，文件操作继续使用可取消 helper。
验证：169 项核心测试、快捷方式与交互式 OLE 拖放测试、全目标编译和 Clippy 检查通过。本机复测关闭窗口后的属性操作收尾、实时计时、重命名撤销/重做、新建文件夹及系统菜单。3,000 个专用测试文件复制后逐个内容比对一致，复制期间撤销不会误作用于上一笔操作。版本号调整后的发布检查和 Release 打包继续单独执行。
详细记录：docs/v0.8.1.md、docs/audit-fixes-2026-11-01.md。未声称覆盖全部系统与扩展组合，保留现有 Windows 10 菜单和跨设备拖放边界。
