Hi, I'm Martin Mbithi 👋

Senior Software Engineer | Cybersecurity | Enterprise Systems & GovTech

I'm a software engineer based in Kenya with over eight years of experience building and supporting backend systems, enterprise applications and digital services.

I currently work in the Applications Development section at the Government of Makueni County, contributing to iGrid017, the county's integrated digital superhighway. My work includes public financial management systems, backend development, API integrations and the services that support revenue, budgeting and expenditure workflows.

My background in cybersecurity and digital forensics informs my approach to secure application development, access control, data integrity, auditability and infrastructure security.
