Run several queries together in one batch - #126
Merged

Conversation
client.CreateBatch().Query(c => ....OnResult(r => ...)).ExecuteAsync() merges queries into aliased root fields of one operation, chunks large batches and sends the chunks in parallel. Mutations stay in the order they were added, and a request the server rejects is split in halves and sent again. Existing clients are guarded: dotnet pack (now run in CI) validates the public API against 1.0.67-prerelease, and golden snapshots pin the request text of single queries.

Closes #125
Adds
CreateBatch().Query(...).OnResult(...).ExecuteAsync(): queries are merged into aliased root fields of one operation, chunked and sent in parallel; mutations keep their order; a request the server rejects is split and resent. Queries themselves are not changed, so they stay reusable.Existing clients are guarded:
dotnet pack(now in CI) validates the public API against 1.0.67-prerelease, and golden snapshots pin the single-query request text. Includes a Batching docs page.
