[BUG] Filename Builder reset to default #142

Issue Description

The filename builder reset to the default scheme after every encoding

Expected Behaviour

The custom scheme is maintened until is changed by the user

• Device Model: Pixel 6 Pro
• Android Version: 17
• Compressor Version: 1.6.5
• Where did you get Compressor from?: F-droid
• Device Chipset: Tensor
