从源材料取得的 HTML 结构和 Markdown 源文需要在不同 Peer 中保持同一解释。本变更在既有合同增加
core.markdown.v1，明确普通格式解释与安全阅读，并将 Local Files v2 的正文格式、成功升级及失败保留行为写入共享合同。不新增 Organization 方法、结果协议、数据表或全库迁移。v1 仍按唯一 inline text 正文读取；v2 成功重新提取时保留既有 Block 和关系身份。
验证：
pnpm --dir website check通过，包含格式检查和网站构建；git diff --check通过。这是跨仓库内容提取改善的共享合同 PR。Python、TS、Swift 实现及 UI 阅读组件在独立工作树推进，后续将补充关联链接。没有发布或数据库迁移；实现完成前保持 draft。回退本次文档提交即可撤回候选合同，已写入新格式的资料须保留相应读端。
