Test plan

CI on this pull request at becadbb passed all 20 checks.

  • cargo test-fastly && cargo test-axum
  • cargo clippy-fastly && cargo clippy-axum
  • cargo fmt --all -- --check
  • JS tests: cd crates/trusted-server-js/lib && npx vitest run

  • Changes follow AGENTS.md conventions
  • No unwrap() in production code (clippy denies unwrap_used in CI)
  • Uses log macros as AGENTS.md asks (not println!)
  • New code has tests
  • No secrets or credentials committed

Stacks on the Google tag module (#1371).

What changed after the 51Degrees PR review

Dependency update

  • The loading cache module reads the caching crate's release 4.5.13. This update moves fiftyone-caching on from the release 4.5.8, which this pull request pinned before, to 4.5.13 in Cargo.toml and Cargo.lock, and nothing else changes, because 4.5.13, which 51Degrees released on 27 October, has the same source as 4.5.8.

Kept current

What this pull request does

fiftyone-caching moves from the pre-release 4.5.8-49 to the release 4.5.13 in the root manifest and in the lock. The crate's source is the same at both versions, so nothing else moves. James Rogers's review on the fork approved the move to the release 4.5.8. The move on to 4.5.13, which 51Degrees released on 27 October with the same source as 4.5.8, was made after that review. The pin was placed by the loading cache module (#1365) when no release carried the crate.

References #1282.

fiftyone-caching moves from 4.5.8 to 4.5.13 in the root manifest and in
the lock. The two published crates hold the same README.md and the same
files under src/ and tests/, so nothing else moves.
