chore: stop committing generated graph artifacts - #5

repos/*.html (~7.8MB) and global/global-arch.html (~5.5MB) are graphify / gitnexus output regenerated by scripts/refresh-trees.sh. They are now ignored and untracked; generate them locally (or via CI) instead of committing them. The dashboard (server.js) serves them from the working tree, which is unchanged. global/ecosystem-agentic-graph-architecture.md stays tracked.

31 generated HTML files (~13 MB) untracked and gitignored. Files remain on disk; local dashboard unaffected.
