docs(analytics-api): data available through today (UTC) (PLT-1539) - #80

The Analytics API now accepts today's UTC date as endDate and returns partial data for it. Only an end date in the future returns 400. Update the date requirements, the 400 row, the example error body, and the pipeline freshness notes in the English and Japanese pages.
