chore(core): remove skills that shadow Droid built-ins - #66

Delete core's simplify, init, and session-navigation, their skills/ symlinks, and their README lines. Droid ships newer built-in skills under the same names, and the plugin copies hide them.

The core plugin ships simplify, init, and session-navigation under the same names as skills built into Droid. A plugin skill wins a name clash, so anyone with core turned on gets these copies instead of the built-ins.
This deletes the three skills, their
skills/symlinks, and their README lines. Core keeps its Explanatory output style. #14 and #34 removed earlier copies of built-in skills the same way.The check-skills script passes locally.
