Add Solaris Dev Shop as one complete optional workflow/tool package: 61 specialists plus a chief-of-staff coordinator, with local recovery, delivery and evidence helpers. The catalog uses the documented immutable git-subdir source at e02d8002d195f929e30fb5063bd04d4ed27190d6:copilot/plugin, preserving 1,200 canonical hashes and 1,979 complete files/modes.
Version 0.66 removes mandatory Docker/service setup, silent source updates and automatic learning rewrites; no lifecycle hooks, account grants or background workers are added. Exact source/native CI, independent source review, fresh contexts/coordinator and real SQLite recovery checks pass. The earlier 0.64 Droid baseline is retained as history; the fresh paired installation evidence below now closes the historical-only native proof gap. No authenticated model execution is claimed. Source availability is separate from marketplace approval.
Fresh native compatibility evidence
Both normal Factory Droid 0.247.0 lanes now pass in separate fresh private configurations:

This lane executes management commands only.0ce43cd9a550a033a40b4e1f429a6c3c138802c2:copilot/plugin: enabled native plugin, all 1,980 contents/modes and 1,201 canonical hashes match. The installed package's approved local helper checks return 62 contexts, a bounded code-reviewer assignment, actual two-row SQLite restoration and an unchanged neighboring file..claude-plugin/plugin.jsonbecomes.factory-plugin/plugin.jsonwith identical content/mode. Every other path is exact; no source file is ignored or silently repaired. The original failed literal-path assertion and its comparison remain preserved.Exact source/test scope and publisher-executed evidence bind the existing catalog entry, both public GitHub SHAs, pinned client and log hashes. Independent read-only source/evidence review accepted with explicit limits. Raw local outputs are publisher-held; no reviewer execution, OS syscall audit, live model-quality or marketplace approval is implied. No owner account configuration or credentials were passed to the private client profiles; no force flags or model commands were used.
The catalog pin in this existing PR is unchanged. 0.68 remains subject to the shared security/final-release gates; this evidence update does not publish a 0.68 package, create another application or establish a live Factory listing. Human catalog review remains required.
