Adds EasyGerber 0.3.4: AI PCB design, layout, and routing.

The plugin connects Droid to EasyGerber's hosted Streamable HTTP MCP service and includes the published board workflow skill. The manifest, MCP configuration, skill, workflow reference, artwork, and license are copied byte-for-byte from EasyGerber 0.3.4 at fb61fbb68621d15ecb4861fe849346d733cc8f76; only .claude-plugin/plugin.json and .mcp.json are renamed to Factory's native paths. Factory setup instructions, a catalog entry, and the required shared-skill symlink complete the contribution.

The canonical https://www.easygerber.com/api/mcp endpoint supports guest discovery and optional account OAuth. Account actions remain subject to user consent and permissions; deletion requires separate explicit consent. PCB layout, routing, and scoring execute exclusively on EasyGerber's servers. This package contains no executable installer, hooks, embedded credentials, local server, or engine implementation.

Validation:

• The repository's existing check-skills workflow script passes.
• All seven copied source files match the immutable published revision byte-for-byte; JSON, catalog uniqueness, payload allowlist, relative documentation links, skill symlink, and git diff --check pass.
• Droid 0.247.0 adds this local marketplace, installs easygerber@factory-plugins, and lists it as enabled using isolated configuration. All eight cached payload files match the prepared contribution. No model session, account OAuth, board creation, layout, or export workflow was run.
