Summary

Adds the official Apify plugin to the marketplace as an external source, sourced from apify/apify-factory-plugin at a pinned commit.

The plugin connects the hosted Apify MCP server (https://mcp.apify.com/, OAuth for authenticated tools) so Droid can search the Apify Store, run ready-made Actors, and read the Apify docs. It also adds workflows for building and publishing your own Actors.

What it ships:

• Commands: /apify, /create-actor
• Skills:
  • apify-actor-development - create, debug, and deploy a new Actor
  • apify-actorization - convert an existing JS/TS, Python, or CLI project into an Actor

Testing

With Droid CLI 0.188.0:

• droid plugin marketplace add ./ registered the marketplace
• droid plugin install apify@factory-plugins --scope user installed successfully
• The cached plugin root contains .factory-plugin/, droids/apify.md, commands/{apify,create-actor}.md, all 5 skills, and mcp.json, which confirms the apify/ subdirectory was resolved
