noah-emp owns the short hub name now. The publish workflows send releases as ezjson@X.Y.Z.0 and the README imports that name. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Publish releases to the Bend hub as `ezjson@X.Y.Z.0` instead of `emerging-ezjson`: noah-emp now owns the short name. The publish workflows, their comments and the README imports move to the new name.
Old `emerging-ezjson@…` releases stay on the hub (uploads are permanent) and keep resolving.
