Publish releases to the Bend hub as `ezhttp@X.Y.Z.0` instead of `emerging-ezhttp`: noah-emp now owns the short name. The publish workflows, their comments and the README imports move to the new name.

Old `emerging-ezhttp@…` releases stay on the hub (uploads are permanent) and keep resolving.

releases as ezhttp@X.Y.Z.0 and the README imports that name.

The snippet named Http, Client, Msg and Bytes without importing them.
