Troubleshooting

No Devices Found

  • Verify Bluetooth is enabled.
  • Verify ESP32 is advertising DFU UUID.
  • Increase scan duration.

Upload Fails

  • Keep phone close to device.
  • Lower MTU setting.
  • Adjust PRN value.
  • Recheck firmware binary validity.

Validation Errors

  • Rebuild firmware from clean environment.
  • Ensure metadata format matches firmware parser.

Reconnect Failures

  • Check device power stability.
  • Confirm device re-advertises after disconnect.
  • Retry with auto reconnect disabled for baseline diagnostics.
