deleting a space cleaned up its icon files under the caller's active organization instead of the space's own organization. icons are uploaded under the space's org, so if you deleted a space while a different org was active the icons were never removed and just sat in storage.
now cleanup uses the org the space belongs to, the same one uploads use. permissions are unchanged.
This PR appears safe to merge.Summary
