Summary

Bump @bitgo/wasm-utxo from ^5.5.1 to ^5.11.0 across all six dependent modules for local SDK verification, keeping a single hoisted copy so TypeScript sees one Psbt/Transaction type.

• Bump @bitgo/wasm-utxo from ^5.5.1 to ^5.11.0 in modules/abstract-utxo/package.json
• Bump @bitgo/wasm-utxo from ^5.5.1 to ^5.11.0 in modules/utxo-bin, modules/utxo-core, modules/utxo-descriptors, modules/utxo-ord, modules/utxo-staking — otherwise yarn installs two physical copies (5.11.1 nested under abstract-utxo, 5.5.1 hoisted at root) and the duplicate Psbt/Transaction types fail the abstract-utxo build in pox5.ts
• Update yarn.lock to a single @bitgo/wasm-utxo@^5.11.0 → 5.11.1 resolution

Test Plan

• yarn install resolves exactly one @bitgo/wasm-utxo copy (5.11.1 hoisted at root, zero nested copies under modules/); lerna prepare builds of all utxo modules pass against 5.11.1
• Clean rebuild of modules/abstract-utxo (yarn clean && yarn build) passes CJS + ESM typechecks, including the previously failing pox5.ts
