Description

Record the now-public 0.3.1a5 client/server pair, immutable tag, four public artifact hashes and a fresh official-PyPI installation. Complete the installation-guidance ADR lifecycle and link native/proxy verification records. Preserve the first post-upload index-propagation failure and the stopped a4 upload as history.

• Reviewed head aebb1dff2a62efbe1df2c7157e13d350f0feb5b7: full CI and docs links passed before the normal merge.
