Validation warnings for regex elements

We've started to see warnings from validation that seems to have been added lately. We see this:

   WARN: Found renovate config warnings (repository=UMST/cicd-core-jenkins-sharedlib)
         "warnings": [

             "message": "\"description\" can't be used in \"regex\", as it can only be used anywhere in a config."

         ]

This used to work (with renovate 44.150.1 e.g.).

Are these warnings correct? "regex" is a (custom) manager so "ignorePaths" should be ok I think. And "description" should be ok anywhere.

your regex block is hitting a validation bug in 44.176.4. the scope checker uses a manager list that leaves out custom managers, so regex fails both the manager and any checks

the extraction path still merges config.regex. i'd keep your override in place for now. moving ignorePaths: [] to the root would affect other managers too
