I have been receiving mails (not that frequently but it's a reproducible) saying `Your organization's workshop request on "Month X, XXXX" has been successfully added!`. Only to see that it's not my organisation. Below are some screenshots of the actual mail and workshop to make things clear: - This is the recent mail I got.  - This is the workshop detail related to the mail (which is neither an organisation i'm part of):  Lots of people are getting this mail (quite a few number of recipients). Is this an expected behaviour?
