[BUG] - Tabs fallback to primary variant after re-render

Describe the bug

Tabs with second variant fallback to primary after re-render. This issue started to happen after upgrading from v3.1.0 to v3.2.3

Steps to Reproduce the Bug or Issue

1. Use tab without tab panel but with some updates in state
2. See that tabs fallback to primary variant

Expected behavior

It should not happen
