Subject: [PATCH] ref(browser): Remove deprecated `trackFetchStreamPerformance`
 flag

Removes the deprecated `trackFetchStreamPerformance` option from
`browserTracingIntegration`. Streamed fetch tracking is now opt-in via
`fetchStreamPerformanceIntegration()` added to the `integrations` array.
